Structural Features
Box coil: The low-voltage winding is made of a whole piece of copper foil, together with the F-class 匝 insulation on a special low-pressure foil winding machine. The foil coil better solves the low voltage, and the large current coil has a large short-circuit stress around the product. The ampoule is unbalanced, the heat dissipation effect is poor, the spiral angle is wound, and the quality of the artificial welding is unstable. At the same time, the winding ends of our company are filled with resin, solidified, moisture-proof and anti-fouling. The lead copper strip is automatically welded by oxygen arc welding.
Temperature control device: The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer, the temperature measuring component is buried in the upper half of the low voltage coil, which can automatically detect and patrol the respective working temperature of the phase coil, and has over temperature alarm and trip function. .
